WE ARE RENTABIKE
proud to contribute to a cleaner & greener world.
Our Story
Our story is steeped in a deep love affair with cycling that dates back to 1976. While the first velocipede may have graced the unceded lands of the Algonquin First Nation in 1869, we’ve proudly participated in Canada’s capital city’s enduring love affair with cycling for over four decades.
We believe that there’s something truly magical about exploring a city or the great outdoors on two wheels. It’s not just about getting from point A to B; it’s about connecting with your surroundings, feeling the wind in your hair, and experiencing the world in a way that’s impossible from behind the wheel of a car.
PASSION IGNITES
EVERY RIDE
Discover Ottawa Like Never Before—
One Pedal at a Time
Our journey began as a humble adventure. We wanted to share the joy of cycling and the beauty of the Ottawa region with locals and visitors alike, and in the past 25+ years, we’ve perfected how to do just that.
Our mission is to spread the joy of cycling in Ottawa. When you choose to ride with us, you’re not just renting a bike; you’re becoming part of our cycling family.
Interested in a guided tour of the Capital’s most prominent and interesting destinations? We keep our tour groups small, with a maximum of 10 people, to ensure a personalized and enjoyable experience. The only exception is school and youth group tours, which can be up to 100 riders and are provided with multiple guides to ensure safety and that everyone stays together.
Our guides are not just knowledgeable; they’re passionate cyclists who will share their love for the city and its hidden gems with you.
EXPERIENCE THE RIDE OF A LIFETIME

For that reason, we make the following promises to each and every one of our riders:
Tailored adventures and customized bike rentals that suit your group’s pace and interests
Knowledgeable guides who will share Ottawa’s secrets with you
Top-of-the-line bikes and equipment sized for every rider and expert mechanics who can repair your bike, owned or rental
