3 easy steps
01. Test ride!
Walk-ins and bookings are welcome! Come visit us at 2 Rideau Street and test ride as many models and sizes you’d like!
During the test ride an employee will assist you in finding the correct bike, bike size and making any/all minor adjustments!
02. Deposit!
Once we have found the perfect bike and size for you we will take a deposit to officially reserve that unique bike to you!
During this step you may choose any parts & accessories to go with the bike! Deposits range from $100 to $400 (Depending on model). We take deposits as early as April 1st!
03. Pick-up!!
You’ll receive a call, text or email to inform you that your bike is ready for pick-up! Our official pick-up date for 2026 models is October 15th +-3 days. Once the balance is paid you can now celebrate new bike day!
What happens between 02. & 03.? Each bike sold receives a full Silver tune-up, safety inspection and we replace any worn parts at no extra charge!

Each year, RentABike’s lineup gets replaced with only the newest makes and models to ensure customer satisfaction. Each year RentABike has to sell off the current year’s model and we do it at a great price! Discount' off of MSRP ranges from 25% to 35%.
